YOGA NIDRA

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra literally means in Sanskrit "Yogi Sleep” however, it is not really meant to be a practice where you are getting a good sleep.
It’s a practice of mindfulness, awareness and relaxation. It is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It is diffrernt from other meditations as in Yoga Nidra we occupy the mind with "tasks" in such a way that it does not have time for anything else and therefore it cannot hold any tension.

You may fall asleep during the practice but the more practice you have the more you will stay in a state of relaxed awareness during the session and manage to follow through the guidance.

Guided by my voice, you will identify sensations throughout your body and focus on your breath, while remaining in a state of being between sleep and consciousness that's conducive to deep emotional and physical healing, rewiring your brain, and self-exploration so that you may release deeply held tensions, some of which you may not even be aware of.
